Displayed package prices apply to the described standard scope. Additional features, integrations, store releases, paid third-party services and work outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately. Power Designs Apps is not currently VAT registered.
Payment
Payment schedules and due dates are agreed in writing before work begins.
Intellectual property
Website content, branding and materials on this site belong to Power Designs Apps unless stated otherwise. Client-project ownership and licensing are governed by the relevant written project agreement.
Demonstration work
Projects labelled as demonstrations are fictional or internal concepts used to show capability. They are not presented as completed client engagements unless explicitly stated.
